Wow...Long time no writey writey

Geez...where to start? A lot has happened in the last 2 months, and I have chronicled nil.

First off, I graduated!! I have been looking for a job, but due to the down real estate market, finding a position has been difficult to say the least. I have been talking with a few firms, but everyone seems to be on a hiring freeze as of now. I am going to keep looking, but don't really mind working at the bar during the summer because it affords me weekends off, and my days are free. I would like a job though, don't get me wrong, but it seems like things are not at their best right now, and I am quite content with where I am right now.

Secondly, everyone seems to be pregnant and engaged, though none at the same time (as far as I am aware). My sisters Kathryn and Jamie are both expecting little ones, and I could not be more thrilled. I can't wait to have a nephew in Portland that I can see all the time. Hopefully Kathy and Brad end up here, but only time will tell. Jason and Emily are engaged, as are Jade and Ian, and everyone I know is now asking me if the pressure is on. The answer is no. So stop bugging me. Thanks.

Thirdly I got a drum set, so I have officially joined the ranks of the misanthropic troglodytes that are drummers. My friend Kyle who is a great drummer imparted some words of wisdom about becoming a drummer which were, "Don't blame me if you are homeless and without a girlfriend in a month", I suppose it goes with the territory.
